All orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time does not include weekends or U.S. public holidays.

4. Payment and Currency

5. Exchange Policy Within 14 Days of Receipt

6. Return Policy Within 14 Days of Receipt
Eligible customers may take advantage of the 14-day no-reason return policy and request a refund without providing a reason. Returned items must be in their original packaging with all accessories and must be in new or slightly used condition. Please refer to our Return Policy for details.
7. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are covered by Westtradelogistics. The Store can provide prepaid shipping labels or reimburse shipping costs so that customers do not incur extra charges.
8. Exchange and Return Process
The process includes: submit request → customer service confirmation → return of product → inspection → refund or replacement shipment. Customers should submit their requests via email to info@westtradelogistics.com, providing the order number and product information.
9. Product Inspection
After receiving the returned or exchanged product, the Store will inspect the item to ensure it meets the conditions (new or slightly used, no impact on resale). Once approved, the refund or replacement will be processed.
10. Quality Assurance and After-Sales Service
All furniture products are covered by a 2-year warranty. If any product quality issues occur within the warranty period, professional after-sales service is provided. Customers may contact us via email or phone for assistance.
