These plants are super prolific, pest resistant, and heat tolerant producing tons of medium-sized peppers. They have similar smokey flavor to Anaheim peppers but with more heat, ranging from 5,000-10,000 Scoville Heat Units making them great for roasting, canning, pickling, or adding to almost any dish.
