These are my favorite mustard greens to grow in my backyard garden. These heirloom greens have deeply-frilled, bright green leaves with a delicious mild, mustardy flavor. For optimum flavor, grow in cool weather. I sow them in the fall here in Texas 1/2rdquo; deep. Direct sow in rows 24 inches apart in full sun and cover with 1/2 inch of soil.
